We saw a need for responsive service, strong documentation, and practical equipment support for retirement communities, therapy providers, schools, clinics, and other care environments. Galen founded BSI after recognizing the need for high-quality biomedical support in underserved healthcare settings. With decades of experience, he provides leadership, training, and oversight for complex service needs.​

Nickolas McCoy
BMET Supervisor

Nickolas brings extensive hospital-based biomedical experience, including warranty service support, repairs, and PM program management. He helps oversee technicians, coordinate equipment activity, and verify documentation.
